Important Information

This time is a unique period to be alive - it is important that we get things right.

There is much that has been hidden by those who have benefited from the status quo and there are many who are now trying to expose the travesties. Unfortunately, it appears that many of these same groups either have missed some history or have other reasons for  taking the path that they have. 

The American States Assembly (theamericanstatesassembly.net) and Anna von Reitz (annavonreitz.com) appear to be trying to correct some of the mistakes that have been and are being made by those who wish to return this country to the Republic form of governance that had been operating before the Civil War.

Groups like Judicial Watch and various lawyers, Sidney Powell and Lin Wood, appear to be doing a heroic job of bringing these bad actors to account. However, they appear to be fixated on issues that should not exist if a more basic fraud were to be exposed. This situation is what has occupied most of Anna's latest posts (of over 2500 at the above link). I will try to summarize the more important issues as follows:

1) It is important to understand that there are several different kinds of law in use. They are Admiralty, civil or equity, and common or public law. They are there for valid reasons, but the entities responsible for their use have benefited from use of their particular version outside their area of operation.

2) These law systems come with contracts that connect the soil and land of the North American Continent with two other segments of endeavor, maritime and air or above ground activity. The current problems faced by General Michael Flynn are part of the jurisdiction that he was part of because of his employment (citizenship) at the time of his indictment.

3) Each of these levels of concern were addressed in the period of formation of The united States of America by clearly identifying jurisdictions through treaties and contracts to implement the treaties. These contracts are with three different contractors (business entities) and they lay out the delegated powers and responsibilities  of each contractor. The contracts are "Constitutions" that offer well defined functions to be performed by each contractor and identify that the powers come from the people on the land who are sovereign.

4) The people of the land were recognized as the basis for all power with the signing of the Declaration of Independence. This power base lead them to form Assemblies that function within well defined boundaries of a Nation State such as Wisconsin. Each State is divided up into Counties with a chief Peace Official  - the County Sheriff who with the members of the Assembly occupy the supreme power positions with in that region. 

5) Because of the existence of differing allegiances at the time of Confederation, it was accepted that there would be people of differing citizenship within a State, and that there would be different kinds of Assemblies to deal with the problems of the people who chose to have a particular allegiance. 

There were three contracts established to provide jurisdictions and processes for dealing with these various allegiances. These contracts are "Constitutions" as follows (differences in naming are underlined):

"The Constitution for the united States of America" - the original Federal Constitution that separates state activity from the international arena. This is an unincorporated business entity. Much detail has been left out here.

"The Constitution of the United States of America" - the contract with the British Crown to provide maritime protection for the early international commerce and continuing maritime activities of this country. This is an incorporated entity that has been bankrupted several time and restructured with land and soil based assets over time.

"The Constitution of the United States" - the contract with the Vatican for administration of the District of Columbia. This incorporated entity has recently been bankrupted and is now defunct as of November 5, 2020 and is the entity whose CEO was the subject of the past elections.
